The National Anorexia & Bulimia Association was founded in Norfolk, Nebraska. It was organized in 1999 as a national organization. It is our mission to raise funds to assist those affected with eating disorders.

Anorexia and bulimia are both eating disorders—anorexia is a self-imposed starvation while bulimia is characterized by binge-eating and purging. Both diseases are extremely emotional and expensive to treat, but oftentimes insurance does not cover the cost of treatment because they can be considered mental illnesses.

If you or a loved one has been touched by this disease, please prayerfully consider supporting us with a donation. It is greatly needed and appreciated, and it is tax-deductible.
